Headbands

Instructions coming soon

To make the Bow Band style headband first you will need to learn how to make a big bow and attach the bow to a covered pinch clip. See below to learn how to attach your bow to your fabric/crochet  headband.

See below for instructions on how to make these woven headbands!
(These woven headbands do take a lot of time to make but once you have got it you will pick up the pace)

They are a lot of fun to make and i am glad i continued to try them until i got it down! At first i must admit it took me about an hour to make one, i was a little discouraged... Now after continuing to make them i finally got it and i can make it in about 15 minutes..

Attaching your bow to your fabric/crochet headband
Purchase your desired fabric or crochet headband. Find the seam on this headband (you will see where the two ends have been closed up together, this is your seam). Cut a small piece of 3/8" grosgrain ribbon in a coordinating color to your band, just enough ribbon to go over the seam and over the front of the band approximately one-two inches. Apply a thin strip of glue from your glue gun down the seam on the inside of the band only. Attach one end of your ribbon starting in the center of the inside of the band and wrap your ribbon around the band, over the seam down the front of the band and back inside the band, until the two ends meet back up inside the band, press tightly to glue (try not to glue the ribbon piece that is on the outside of the band to the ribbon piece that you have on the inside of the band). You should now have a small loop around your band, this will be used to clip your hair bow on.
